Understanding Our Mental Health
Mental health, aside from our emotional health, is important in making decisions. It also plays a role in our everyday decision making and interactions with others. There are many things in life that challenge us and make us question our purpose. We also get caught up in the everyday conversations that distract us from our higher purpose here on earth. Understanding our purpose in life is an extremely important thing. When we understand our purpose we can then understand the world around us and how we fit in it. Unfortunately, this purpose isn’t handed us and can take soul searching to truly understand.
Use Hypnosis To Begin Soul Searching
In order to achieve overall happiness and sense of achievement, we first need to develop clarity and understanding. Using hypnosis, we can get to the core of some of these topics. By accessing the subconscious, we can uncover deeply held ideas and beliefs of ourselves. These beliefs can be what’s causing fear-based ideas that prevent us from living our lives to the fullest. These beliefs also limit us in our ability to achieve goals, tasks, and motivation.
Higher Self Therapy will focus on three aspects of mental health and self-actualization.
Negative Thoughts Affect You More Than You Realize.
We use thoughts to create our reality. They are a part of our view of the world and other people. Sometimes our minds get accustomed to defaulting to negative thought processes, which then lead to stress and anxiety. Words have power to them, and our inner voice determines how we react or don’t react. If you want to remain calm and collected, taking control of your thoughts is the first step to do so!
Learn To Control Your Anger
Our thoughts and inner dialogue make up our reactions as mentioned above. If you find yourself constantly getting angry or anxious about certain people or situations, hypnosis can help you! By getting to the core of your thought processes we can implement exercises to break them. After a few hypnosis sessions, you will understand why you get triggered when you do! You have the ability to break your negative thought processes!
Develop Clarity Using Hypnosis
Society has a way of bombarding us with ideas, standards, and conversations. We get caught up in these standards and begin to lose ourselves in them. It’s sometimes hard to where society ‘s expectations begin, and where we as individuals begin. Using hypnosis, we can begin to unravel these societal pressures to develop clarity. This is a step in the right direction to under our mental health and well being.
Clarity will help you set goals.
When we are clear about who we are and what we want, it’s easier to set achievable goals. The goals we set can either be helpful for harmful to our well-being. Having the clarity to understand ourselves better can help us understand what the next step in life needs to be. Working with Dr. Turiano, you will deep dive into some of the issues that are causing blocks of clarity. After a few sessions, you will begin to understand the ideas that are causing the blocks and have a plan on how to overcome them.
Don’t Let Negative Behavior Go Unchecked.
There are many things that could fall into the category of negative behavior. This includes anxiety triggered behavior such as biting nails or pulling out hair. Furthermore, relationship issues and interpersonal issues also fall into this category. There is usually something deeper that is inspiring the behavior to continue. A lot of these issues go back in life to a younger age. Without tapping into the mind to understand where the behavior is coming from, the behavior will tend to continue. Using hypnosis can begin to deconstruct the thoughts and ideas that feed the behavior. Additionally, understanding what is causing the behavior can help break the fear that is triggering it. By interrupting the thought process, you will begin to understand yourself better.
A Long-Term Strategy To Stop The Behavior
By taking the information from the session, it is possible to build a long-term strategy to stop the behavior. Information that has previously been subconscious becomes conscious. It can then be used as a tool that sheds light on the situation. Taking this two-step approach to handling the behavior amplifies the ability to resolve the issue.
